1.Operation Supervisor &Operation Specialist


  • Book hotels, restaurants, attractions, buses for tour groups based on itineraries.
  • Provide quotations based on itineraries provided. 
  • Provide custom made itineraries for travelers as requested.
  • Execute contract agreements with suppliers, including negotiation and renewals. 
  • Perform purchasing duties for series groups, MICE and charter groups.
  • Participate in field operations on a as needed basis.
  • On call after hours for urgent matters during tour group itinerary.

Provide timely feedback to supervisors for duties assigned.


  • Fluent bilingual in English and Chinese Mandarin.  Must be able to read, write and speak both English and Mandarin.   Excellent spelling and grammar skills required.
  • Proven strong PC skills, including MS Office applications and Internet search techniques; working knowledge of databases and spreadsheets; proficient in content management systems; ability to quickly learn and use other necessary software tools.
  • Attentiveness to accuracy and details as required for analyzing and editing complex product information for correctness and completeness.
  • Outgoing personality, a go-getter. Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as a team.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills. Strong ability to set priorities, to troubleshoot and find creative solutions.
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple task and projects with time sensitive situations and meet deadline accordingly.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • BA/BS in Marketing or Hospitality related filed preferred or the equivalent combination of education and travel industry experience.
  • Ability to handle field operation as requested and be on call after business hours for urgent matters during tour groups’ itinerary.

2.Sales Representative

  • Fluent in English and Chinese Mandarin.
  • Outgoing personality, a go-getter. Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills.
  • Able to work independently and have a flexible roll-up your sleeves attitude.
  • Contacting new clients, responding to requests for quotes.
  • Able to sell all travel products.
  • Closing the sales and customer support.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.

3.Front desk salesperson

  • Good at dealing with customers, professional appearance, articulate, excercises judgement well, good at communicating, strong sense of teamwork.
  • Eager to help customers in need, positive and patient attitude, fast-working, active.
  • Ability to analyze the market and promote sales, office coordination skills, good at solving problems.
  • Outgoing personality, pleasant persona, courteous, strong expressional and communication skills, highly responsive, fast learner, bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin.
  • Profficiency in Microsoft Office, ability to type Chinese and English.
